Unfortunately, many business owners and leaders haven’t been trained on how to create a business improvement plan.

This leads to many businesses either having no plan or having a dysfunctional plan that doesn’t work.

  • Frustrated owners, leaders and rising stars.

This workshop has been designed to overcome the aforementioned scenario. To enable business owners, with their managers and rising stars, to identify business improvement opportunities and understand the planning requirements that’ll drive success.

To be part of the workshop, you should be an established business with:

  • Product-market fit;
  • More than 2 full-time equivalent employees;
  • At least $250,000 in annual revenue; and
  • Genuinely committed to change.

What you’ll get from the workshop

The workshop is structured to identify opportunities for enhancing your business’s holistic performance.

You will discover what it is your business needs to do to achieve your objectives. You will develop a simple business improvement plan with built-in tasks, accountabilities and authorities.

You receive a Business Improvement Manual with materials relevant to the workshop that will help you make the required changes after the workshop.

Further, the project leader (e.g. business owner / MD/ CEO) will receive advice before and after the workshop to drive the best possible outcome for your business.

Do it with your team (we highly recommend this)

Not only do business owners and leaders need to learn how to lead a team to success, the team also needs to learn how to be led to success.

The workshop supports team involvement with flexibility to accommodate varying team sizes.

Where

The workshop is run in-person.

It is available in every capital city in Australia, as well as major regional cities around Australia.

A disbursement for travel costs will be added to the price for workshops run outside of Perth.

Private or with others

We offer flexibility by making the workshop available:

  • Privately – only your business is involved.
  • With others/cohorts – participate in the workshop with other businesses.

Privately run workshops are available year-round and planned around what is best for you.

Cohort run workshops are available on an irregular unplanned schedule subject to our availability and demand.

If a cohort workshop isn’t listed, then it is unlikely we will be running one for at least two months.

Your time commitment

Your team will need to dedicate a day for the workshop. They will also need to dedicate a couple of hours to preparation work before the workshop.

The project leader will need to dedicate a couple more hours to receive advice before and after the workshop.

The investment

  • Private: $3,750
  • Cohort: $2,150

Prices are excluding GST.

A disbursement for travel costs will be added to the price for workshops run outside of Perth.

75% is payable upon booking. The remainder is payable at the conclusion of the workshop.
