To get started working with our business accountants, we need to arrange a Get To Know Each Other meeting.
This is a free meeting (businesses only) that is typically around an hour in length and helps us both determine if we are a good fit.
A couple of the main things to think about as to whether we would be the right fit are:
If the answer to both those questions is yes, then we are most likely a great fit, no matter what stage of business you are in.
Typically, from here it is less about “can we help you” given you’ll find out during our meeting that we definitely can, it’s more about “do you want to pay for high-quality advice and assistance?”
We’re quite upfront about this and hopefully you can appreciate we bring up price early in our correspondence for the simple purpose of making sure neither of us are wasting our time if you’re not willing to pay for our premium service offering – As a high-quality accounting and business advisory service provider we have a minimum annual price of $3,000.
Trying to keep this topic short, we have a fair pricing policy (click the link to see the menu of prices too), which in essence is about saying we offer a premium accounting service and want to work with clients who want this. If that’s you, then we look forward to helping you grow your business well into the future with wealth protected and taxes legally minimised.
More about the specifics of the meeting are below.

We’re so excited for you.
You’re somewhere along your business journey and just about ready to have your problems solved. Getting to the root cause of problems and permanently fixing them.
And what’s even more exciting, going forward, you’ll be proactively mitigating problems before they arise and working on the scientifically verified high impact areas of your business, capable of propelling you to a sustainable competitive advantage and all the benefits which come with that.
So, please give us about three to four minutes to explain how we get started.
Firstly, what you need to do is hit that Book Now button and schedule a free Get to Know Each Other meeting. We can do this virtually over Zoom, or you can come into our headquarters in Perth.
You’ll need to set aside 1.5 hours for the meeting. It doesn’t typically take that long – usually more like an hour – but set aside enough time just in case.
At the meeting, you’re going to tell us all about your passion, the future you want to be living, and the problems you need help fixing.
We’re going to hear you out, and start to introduce things which might help fix them.
It’s unlikely that anything we propose will be too complex – since simple solutions can work wonders. But, we’ve got to be upfront, nothing’s going to be easy. Otherwise, you would have already done it.
As we discuss your problems, we’ll let you know if we can solve them, together. The ‘together’ part is vital. Without joint effort and conviction, it’s as simple as this, there’ll be no lasting solution.
We hate seeing people waste precious time and resources on half baked attempts. When people work with us, they give it their all.
So, either during or following the meeting, if you say you want our help, and we say we’re in, we’ll all be in it together. Working passionately to really solve your problems.
What’ll get you on board, to work with us, is entirely up to you. All we ask is that you be open and honest with us – as we will be with you. Letting us know what outcome you need, and what constraints or barriers, if any, you feel might be getting in the way.
And, what’ll get us on board, to work with you, is a strong sense – a commitment – that you’re genuinely going to invest the time and resources to fix things. That’s how we both gain the confidence that we’ll deliver exceptional value to you. By knowing you’re going to be in it, just as much as we are.
Regarding price, before you’re charged even one cent, we’ll be very clear with you what things are going to cost. We have a fair pricing policy, which can be distilled down to this:
We partner with clients who are looking for win-win-win situations.
That’s wins across the board for:
Provided that is something you are also looking for, then we’re confident in achieving successful outcomes for you, at a fair price.
Hopefully that’s addressed any queries you might have. If so, you know what to do now, book the meeting. If you’re still not sure, you can personally give me a call. My name’s Saul Segal and you can call me via the office on 08 9427 5200.
We look forward to meeting with you very soon.
The meeting can take place in-person at our Perth headquarters, or if you’re located elsewhere in Australia then we can also do the meeting over Zoom.
During the meeting we typically cover these items:
To allow us to best prepare for the meeting and assign to an appropriate accountant, we request the following information about the business and your/owner’s circumstances:
If you could also please provide a copy of your most recently completed financial statements that will be helpful.
After the initial meeting, if we both want to work together, then we typically get to work on fully scoping the services you need and agreeing to a mutually beneficial engagement agreement with clear pricing terms for the first 12 months.
We look forward to meeting with you soon.

Business Tax ReturnClaims of being a ‘Top 2% ranked Australian Accounting Firm‘ (and similar claims) are based on two separate assessments conducted by Munro’s on 9-10 August 2023 and 1 December 2023. The ranking is derived from a comparison of the total of each accounting firm’s overall star rating multiplied by each firm’s quantity of reviews as shown on Google Maps. A total of 4,235 Australian accounting firms listed on Google Maps were identified for the earlier assessment, and a total of 4,301 for the latter assessment, which may not represent a complete list of Australian accounting firms. Munro’s claims are based on Munro’s best estimation and represent a snapshot collected at the time of each assessment. If the assessment was to be conducted today, then it is likely that Munro’s ranking would have changed – Munro’s may or may not be in the Top 2% today. Also, the methodology does not account for other potentially relevant factors such as quality of service, expertise, or client satisfaction beyond Google Maps reviews.

In December 2023, we conducted a review of Australian accounting firms on Google Maps, based on star rating and quantity of reviews.
Out of the 4,301 Australian accounting firms we identified on Google, Munro’s ranked number 44, placing us in the Top 2% of Australian Accounting Firms. We’re thrilled to share this fact with you and share those reviews on our website. We’d also like to thank all our clients who left us those wonderful reviews.
Thank you.
